Our founding leadership
Our Board provides strategic leadership, governance oversight and accountability as we develop programmes and partnerships for young people and our communities.
Provides leadership in Board governance and strategic direction, guiding Resego’s vision and priorities. Oversees organisational accountability and collaboration, ensuring programmes remain focused on creating meaningful opportunities for young people and the wider community.
The Deputy Chairperson supports the Chairperson and steps in when She is unavailable. He oversees Marketing, Communications & Skills Development, while leading creative design and development to strengthen the organisation’s brand and programmes.
Supports financial oversight, budgeting and expenditure monitoring to ensure responsible stewardship of Resego’s resources. Promotes transparent reporting and accountability, while guiding resource allocation to support the organisation’s programmes, operations and long-term financial sustainability.
Supports effective Board administration through meeting coordination, agenda preparation and accurate minutes. Maintains organisational records and tracks Board resolutions, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up and continuity in Resego’s governance processes and administrative responsibilities.
Assists the Board Secretary with meeting coordination, minute taking and accurate record keeping. Supports communication and follow-up on Board decisions, stepping in when the Secretary is unavailable to ensure continuity in Resego’s Board administration.
